      Pros

      ArcelorMIttal Dofasco used to offer great benefits and pay.

      Cons

      No training, no advancement unless you know someone, and too much politics. Some people work their tails off and are never rewarded. People are allowed to stagnate and dump their work on others. No incentive to perform. Old systems and innovation is discouraged.

      Decent pay. And this is for the five word minimum.

      Cons

      Lack of proper management, esp at lower and middle ends, resulting in poor morale for the daily grunts like us. Third party contract staff get treated better than their own permanent full time members. The continental shifts are brutal, too.
