      Recreation centre and training opportunities.

      Cons

      Arcelormittal incorporates a cultute of disrespectful and bullying behaviour. Middle management are some of the worst human beings. You are assigned to several projects with shirt deadlines and work life balance takes a serious hit. Employees are treated as numbers and the pay is well below the industry average. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
