Pros

Great work-life balance. Good benefits and profit sharing. My overall experience with the company was good. There were many excellent managers who were knowledgeable and always willing to mentor.

Cons

US offices were often micro-managed by corporate headquarters. Hiring and salary decisions were shot down by corporate. They did not do enough to retain smart young employees.

autocratic top management, very 'old' culture back to the 1950' , no HR development, employees and middle management work without motivation , company in trouble , no investment
