8yThanks for your feedback. Due to the nature of our business, our manufacturing operations are running 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This requires many employees to work in shifts or be on-call outside of traditional business hours. We provide programs and tools to keep employees safe on the job and to enhance their overall health and wellness. ArcelorMittal also offers a competitive wage and benefits packages, including a vacation policy that becomes more generous with seniority.
