      Get to know new things,provide more employment opportunities for both full time and part time workers. They also provide opportunities for promotion.

      Cons

      Worked more hour sometimes, and not payed for. Also some people are given job base on connection and not qualification. They also sometime carryout illegal dismissal with out proper investigation.

      Good Talented and hard working workforce, Warm and friendly people, Congenial atmosphere, Multinational expertise available, Full integrated Steel Plant right from Mining to Finish Products.

      Cons

      Inflation exists, Still to come out of erstwhile Soviet Culture of Bureaucracy, Corruption and so on. Tax laws yet to be amended. Infrastructure development to be faster in the Country. To become Investor friendly soon.
