      The facility is state of the art and the accommodations are very nice. The company pays very well.

      Cons

      The drive is really far and Senior Management changes frequently which causes a new set of rules or ideas every time there is a change which is often.

      Pros

      Great benefits, secure job when I was there , good learning and development opportunities . It's a company where people from different departments work together seamlessly for the betterment of company which I found to be unique . This was probably due to profit sharing .

      Cons

      Middle management is not capable of implementing 21 century people management skills . Old school style with a lot of yelling and micromanagement .
