Very little direction for new hires at times. Lots of corporate requirements. Isolated locations to live in socially.

Pros

You could spend your entire career there and do a lot of different jobs. It's pretty easy work and has a massive work force, so overload isn't a problem.

Cons

Uncompetitive pay, benefits are being stripped back every year, even a positive work performance review does not even net you a cost of living increase. You will make less here year-over-year.

Good ambiance and really nice people. The work was quite interesting although not very real.

Cons

The level of advance equipment and new tech. is quite poor if we are talking about an R&D center.
