      Pros

      Good for a career start. Exposure to anything you like as soon as you are interested. Endless opportunities for choosing area of interest for work, ability to pick a "pet subject" for a further development.

      Cons

      Salary can be better, continuous survival mode, trade unions have a strong power. Everyone is responsible for everything, often a culture of a firefighting mode. Labor doesn't seem to care about the company future, "too big to sink" attitude to the company performance.
