      A lot responsibilities since the very beginning of the job. You feel like you're "making an impact". You learn alot from colleagues.

      Cons

      Many workers appear to be too stubborn. Meaning that they try to refuse doing some of their tasks. In some cases, the mechanics were sabotaging their duties on site, leading to serious issues regarding the production. As a result, the engineer in charge will be held responsible.
