Good pay, great and frank people, managment kept a healty HR practises and ensure a very respectful environnement. Good oportunities for every one.

Cons

Work can be durty. Sometime it's difficult to focus on projects Like others compagnies, there is not enough vacation time :)

Good working environment, lots of opportunity for advancement, many career opportunities locally and globally. Good culture and community spirit. Lots of learning opportunities, Rec facilities, Team Orange, etc.

Cons

Can't think of much really. It would be nice if there was more local support of sports venue's - Dofasco used to have signage everywhere at Copp's and Ivor Wynn, now there's nothing.
