      Pros

      The biggest steel produce in the world. It is a multinational, with unique internal culture company which provide its employees with great opportunities to grow and reach professional and personal goals.

      Cons

      Very big corporation. Some bureaucracy exist of course.

      Big company with stable situation despite crisis and market situation.

      Cons

      Very slow processes. To much of bureaucracy. Often head does not know where is tail and the tail never knows where head is going. Many things can happen only if somebody began not only to declare thing but do them.
