      Great company , not like it was when I started in 1975, back then supervention was very firm and didn't give in like they do now. If management treats you with respect , then they get respect back The department I'm in has one of the best supervisor's, he treats everyone with respect even when people don't treat with the respect he desrerves

      Pros

      Well into the assimilation with the ArcelorMittal global conglomerate, the Dofasco element has prospered ... a substantial corporate culture change but the financial results in a very competitive market demonstrate ... the product is steel ... the strength is people : )

      Some high seniority employees at shop floor level struggle with the slower reaction time to budget request and the ensuing lack of action.
