This company offers great opportunities for both learning and promotion. Has a large budget for training and investment into new technology.

Cons

It is a steel industry so the environment can be dim, loud and dirty when going into the shop. Many of the plant offices are outdated and could use some investment.

too many layers of managers - often political type with low practical skills; some superficiality in "yesterday" results evaluation - we will see lots of projects with lots of benefits while cash in not in the accounts; pressure on management is quite high;
