Good Management, Supportive and an open culture exists throughout organisation which is very well connected and informed by intranet. Technically sound professionals and good oppurtinities to lear and contribute

Cons

People with different cultures also bring some form of friction which you may notice at some point of your career working over there.

Dynamic environment - always working on a diverse set of problems. Paid Training/Education - Company willing to pay for additional education (part time) and normally sends for training sessions to upgrade your skill set.

Cons

Salary is relatively lower when compared to manufacturing companies of the same size. Making changes to existing practices can be slow due to management structure and sometimes internal politics.
