Pros

Arcfield has a solid leadership team in place who seem motivated and passionate about not only the company success, but more importantly the success of its customers’ mission

Cons

The company is still working through the challenges of separating from Peraton. Once that is complete, things will be much better. Lots of system issues and frustrations, and having to rebuild from scratch takes time.

Pros

Great flex time in and out of the office as needed. Clear guidance on what work will be performed. Expect to support the mission you are assigned to. Great working groups. Can easily take on additional projects that interest you.

Cons

New hire setup in the system takes time. No Sick leave. All PTO is in the same pot (flexible working schedule let's you make up the lost time).

No Company Identity, Benefits just get Worse

Pros

Arcfield has many great work opportunities across the company. There are some great employees there.

Cons

The company is new, but changed companies/names 5 times in the 3 years that I worked there. With the company changes, benefits mostly got worse since I started.
