      Cons

      Still a fairly new organization coming up on 2 years and has some growing pains but every month there are noticeable and measurable improvements!

      Pros

      Great leadership team starting with the CEO, Kevin Kelly. Kevin is down to Earth and really gets the mission we support on program. The overall philosophy is to support the customer’s mission and the business will follow.

      Cons

      As a defense contractor, there are limitations on how corporate funds can be spent, the type of work we can do and the competitive environment does fuel a drive to lower costs. This can have a negative affect and limits the growth potential, especially with any development work.
