      Pros

      Every member of the leadership team is leaning into doing things the right way, vs. just how things have been done in companies we've come form. We are embracing innovation, real-time performance metrics, along side a continued dedication to our important missions and commitment to our people.

      Cons

      It has been a challenge spinning off from Peraton, and we haven't fixed everything yet, but there is a strategy and prioritization for improvements, and great potential for growth once we are completely in control of our destiny!

      Pros

      Seem to be a very people focused company. Has a start-up feel, but with years of experience and financial backing. Arcfield is being built from the ground up and they seem to be building it for the mission and people. Many companies say this, but Arcfield seems to really mean it and actions are backing it up. I have been impressed with the benefits and annual increases that you know are not helping the profit of the company. So, it seems they are really trying to retain and attract talent.

      Cons

      It is a brand new company in a lot of ways. So the back office support is still being built. But there has been a dramatic improvement since April of 22.
