Supportive team culture and flexible part-time schedule that really respects work-life balance. I get to work with a modern tech stack including React and TypeScript, and leadership is approachable and open to new ideas. It is a great environment for engineers who want to make a real impact.

Cons

The only downside is that I wish I had even more hours in the day to contribute to the exciting projects we have in the pipeline
