The people you work with. I made good friends.

Cons

Very low pay. My current employer didn't think they could match what I was making at Archbold until I told them. They laughed and offered me 30k more. You have to document every second of your day in a report and if you have less than 7 hours you get in trouble. Every single day. Horrible micromanaging, all supervisors are older and so detached from what actually happens. It's sad. Saw about 20 people come and go before and after I left.

One good thing was it gave me the opportunity to start my career in IT without any prior experience.

Cons

If you are a good employee expect to be given more job responsibilities with no raise. Also if you are dependable, you will be given shifts no one wants to work.
