      Pros

      The hospital is a major employer in the community, providing wonderful well-paying jobs to residents in the area. The hospital administration is committed to having the latest technology available in multiple areas including surgery, radiology, laboratory, cardiology services, oncology and others. My husband and I have experienced both inpatient and outpatient services, and the care was always exemplary.

      I do not have any cons. I love my job working at Archbold and the people both inside and outside of the organization with whom I interact.
