Management really cares about all of the employees and keeps the workforce focused on patient care

Cons

Pay scales are tight so year over year increases can be limited. However, this is typical for this area and industry.

Pros

Forward thinking medical center with great health and dental benefits. Variety of opportunities in the organization. Centrally located in a very nice part of town and less than a mile to downtown.

Cons

Must be ok with a small town. The medical center is unique in that rarely will you find a town this small with such an extensive state of the art medical center.
