      New blood does not equal goals or job security

      Pros

      Great Insurance, and PTO. Able to schedule time off as needed -most employees are great and are truly onsite to help patients

      Cons

      New Leaders arriving to South GA with no ties to communities - making up rules as they go and are not following standard HR guidelines. Using threats of termination without due process to remove long term employees. No HR support (another new VP)
