good salary, flexible work timings, good project exposure ( depends only on your senior/ associate).
Cons
too much politics is involved. even if you are dedicated and good at your work but if you fail to be in good books of your associate, your whole talent is wasted. no protocol. even a fresher can boss around senior member if he has good rappo with associate. no time management. no family life. AHC is definitely not a place for someone who wants to retain the work ethics.
