      Just a big name and exposure to plethora projects.

      Cons

      Forget work life balance and good working environment. Toxic seniors who degrade you for every small thing. 12 hour work day and treated like labourers. Pls do not go here.

      They will give you good salary & good experience.

      Cons

      Good salary with no work life balance. Delayed appraisal it's July end and near to August but no discussion of appraisal. It's every year story no motivation to work no positive environment.
