Big name, adds weight to your resume. A chance of an association with some of the biggest projects. Exposure to the working of a busy top firm with a lots of big clients.

Cons

Work culture and ethics are just not good enough. Growth prospects and exposure are extremely low. Close no recognition for your work. Usually, very long working hours. Office environment is not as comfortable as it should be.
