This company is about numbers and not about the employees that input the work. Of course you have the standard yes-men that get the glory for much of the work but working your butt off means nothing here. You are a warm body that can/will be replaced by someone with little to no experience. If you want to feel unappreciated at the end of each day, this is the place for you. They don’t know how to run a good business without stepping on the folks that got them where they are.
