The company has its headquarters in Switzerland, which positively influences many aspects as regards different well-defined policies within the company, compliance behaviors, onboarding process, employee benefits, job safety, sustainability issues, etc. It is also geared toward growth and profitability, which makes it ambitious, innovative and a global market leader.

Cons

From an employee perspective, no relevant negative aspects to highlight. On the other hand, like some manufacturing companies, some processes within the company are not carried out with the appropriate approaches, still relying on outdated practices and Excel files to drive such processes. The company needs to innovate and invest more from that perspective, which is what it is currently doing right now.
