It’s a job. It provides you some level of experience.

Cons

They use spyware that can listen to your work cell phone’s surroundings even when not in use. They use this technology on a regular basis to spy on people. They will then take things out of context and spread rumors about it through the organization. You can be having a conversation with someone in the privacy of your own home and upper management will hold it against you. This is a living nightmare; please just stop. It doesn’t have a purpose other than to torment. There is no other result to what you are doing.
