      Pros

      None! They ran off all their good employees. Their Canadian leadership team is 30 years behind the times! No wonder that the employees are trying to unionize.

      Cons

      This is a horrible company. Their leadership, led by Russ Taylor, is atrocious! He is a rabid CEO, with no leadership skills.

      Everyone, including the Leadership Team, is engaged and willing to work hard to insure we're successful.

      Really no negatives. If you have to work for a living, this location is a wonderful place to work.

      Pros

      Amazing production floor team! They are running very lean and have picked up a lot of shifts to enable runability. Great schedule for the production floor employees. Great benefits

      Cons

      Management gets too many projects dumped on them at the sites. Please let them complete the previous project before the next one starts!
