Pros
This is a great place to get experience and knowledge for a corporate job in accounting/supply chain management. The things I learned here were the reason it was easy for me to find another job when I moved. Office culture is relaxed while emphasizing the importance of getting you're responsibilities done. Made lots of friends and connections duding my time there
Cons
To an extent, you are "tossed in the deep end" and expected to sink or swim. There are lots of people that are willing to help but the expectation is that once you are shown something, you should fully understand it. Do your job, ask questions, go the extra mile and you won't ever have issues.
