People at the plant were great. Had the ability to create and change processes, lot of buy in from operations on change. Opportunity for careers and professional development.

Cons

Many responsibilities, not much manpower, lots of trouble shooting including most nights and weekends.

Fourteen days work schedule ... relatively flexible

Cons

Lack of transparency, no SOP booklet for new hires or temps. It's like a caveman hibernation there ... employees don't want to train nor does the supervisors. Completely dirty and hazardous especially dealing with poisonous chemical such as resin and fiber glass material. I broke out in hives bc of the fiber glass, its extremely itchy and very dangerous (Google it). No one does noy wear PPE so if you work there be careful and stay ALERT!
