Really not much here to use as pro after 3 years of working there.
Cons
If you’re looking for a company culture that feels like good ole boys club this could be the place for you. There is a real lack of diversity and you will hear inappropriate language from your managers/directors often. The supply chain sector is an absolute mess, unqualified managers combined with VP’s wives getting special treatment have proven to fail. It’s just not a good place to grow or learn, training is poor, resources are thin and the company runs very lean. False promises are often given to mend situations and more than anything their “adult behavior” that they rave about is nothing more than promoting a finger pointing culture. I would avoid working here at all costs unless you truly need the money, which from arclin is not that great.
