      –Flexible hours depending on the workload –Technology advancement sets it apart from competitors –The people are always happy to help you and are always interested in asking and understanding the "Why" questions.

      Cons

      –Bureaucratic at times –The industry is cyclical which translates to higher turnover –Management can be slow on decision making.
