An okay amount of pay for the area

Cons

Money just is not worth it have to deal with disorganization, last munite changes, having to cover others vacations so you don't really get vacations you just gwt to work two weeks more. No upper management support. No one can make a decision and stick with it. Inconsistent schedules. Seem to be at work more than home. Always have to cancel life plans for work.
