Pros

Work was challenging and there were some amazing people there who sacrificed a lot for the company.

Cons

Don't ever assume your work is appreciated or that loyalty or longevity means anything. They will replace you in a heartbeat if you don't fit into their economic plan.

Pros

The pay is good except if you are a female it will be approximately 15-20 percent less than the males in the same jobs.

Cons

Horrible mean culture. There is actually an employee that answers the phone, "What do you want?". It is just a really bad atmosphere to spend 8-10 hours a day. I leave there feeling defeated and discouraged and the closer I get to the plant on my commute in, the tenser my shoulders get.
