There are some good people left because they are waiting on their pensions.

Cons

The senior management is toxic and will target anyone that doesn’t agree with them. HR is a puppet. Growth was limited. Integrity doesn’t exist.

Pay and Benefits is great considering the work.

Cons

Seen this place kill more marriages and relationships then I care to talk about you’ll miss out on allot of birthdays holidays etc. everyone I. The plant is lazy and worried about what the next person is doing trying to get out of doing anything and they gossip like high school kids. A lot of sitting time means 85%of everyone out here is overweight so gunna have to watch what you packing for lunch.
