Pros

Some good people still holding on from the Alcoa days.

Cons

The majority of people hanging on in this company are clique oriented Alcoa people who operate on the outdated premise that organizational knowledge is power, that women and minorities are limited in their capabilities, and that new hires need to "figure things out on their own."

Pros

Day 1 benefits for non union employees

Cons

Workload is overwhelming, and no one cares. Benefits are awful. I have spent over $6000 out-of-pocket in 9 months on my deductible and coinsurance. Management is rude and overly aggressive.
