Pros
The only pro is that it’s a paycheck. For salaried ppl, you get paid once a month. Hourly get paid weekly.
Cons
Upper management have unreal expectations and have no idea as to what is going on in the plant. They just hear it from management and do not come and ask the employees themselves. It is unbelievable that these ppl of low intelligence are in upper management positions. Previous management messed everything up and now we are shipping by helicopter to our customers. It costs more to ship than what the plant is making by selling the product! Do yourself a favor. Stay away! The pay isn’t worth the hassle and dealing with the stupidity.
