Pros

Some great people in the team with extensive knowledge of products and customers

Cons

I joined when owned by Firth Rixson prior to Alcoa/Arconic takeover and was not allowed to manage the way it was described in recruitment.

Pays well, plenty of time off, good bunch of people to work with on the shop floor and up to lower management level.

Cons

Everything else and bean counting yes men in middle and senior management who don’t understand the first and most basic things about engineering.
