Pros

Technology development people were always well respected by the customer and had a teaming approach that allowed great accomplishments to be made with speed and efficiency.

Cons

The lack of trust between lead management and the operational teams has eroded the company's ability to move nimbly and maintain it's once leadership role in the markets Arconic serves. Rash decisions made by a few have rendered the company impotent. The central R and D center, once a shining star, is on its death bed. Anyone looking to hire into Arconic is better off waiting until the dust settles.

Pros

Local management in business units are great but they cannot overrule CEO negative micromanaging policies.

Cons

New CEO John Plant is horrible he took away all telework and sick time employees have to use vacation for medical appointments!!! He has destroyed moral and people are leaving in droves!
