Interesting work environment Business doesn’t seem to be going anywhere considering aerospace/automotive customers Great experience here to use down the road on a better employer (great springboard company)

Low pay compared with similar jobs at other employers No compensation for overtime/weekends - they will work you into the ground and you will receive nothing for it Round the clock calls

Never lack of projects to work on, Great team environment between Procurement and Storeroom Operations

Cons

Hurry up and wait mentality, Lack of leaders on the management lead team, bullying leaders, lack of preventative maintence on equipment which creates fire drills for procurement team and maintenance team.
