Pros

Good PAY Ample, AT-YOUR OWN WILL Overtime Above Average Benny Package Flex time, Vaca Days and PTO avail on ur first day of employment Insurance coverage begins on Day 1 Seniority System is honored Tons of automation integrations Continuously evalutes production processes and an overall effort to improve and simplify these processes More good people to work aling side than not Doubletime on sundays if u worked monday - saturday - they match ur total hours from Saturday in doubletime pay if u work Sunday. 6 hrs time and a half saturday equals a MAX of 6 hrs double time pay on Sunday.. Even if u work 8 Sunday... They do match but just the equivalent of Saturday's hours in doubletime pay Relaxed, easy going environment Ample tooling and PPE provided. Good training- cuz we are always training someone - always Quick onboarding process once youre selected from pool Work / Life balance is mandatory - maximum weekly hours is capped at 64 total... Pretty decent place overall to work Quarterly profit sharing Bonus

Cons

They walk you out over he said / she said issues without hesitation nor any investigation to validate or eliminate ROOT problems Module leaders and supervisors DO NOT LAST- 2 to 3 months MAX for New hire module leaders - and 3 to 6 months MAX on New hire supervision The turnover is identical for these 2 LEADERSHIP POSITIONS on internally promoted employees... They just do not keep middle mgmt employees more than 6 months period - and i have a full 40 years into this company. Seen and done it all here, in my 40 years.. With exception to seeing a supervisor or mod leader last more than 6 months. Dishonest upper mgmt ZERO loyalty to tenured, experienced and valued production employees. Youre truly just a number here Non-union shop in DIRE NEED OF UNION ORGANIZATION before it gets any worse. Former Shop Superintendant will sell you out, right down the river INSTANTLY FOR A DOLLAR-MENU BURGER THEY ONLY FOLLOW THEIR OWN HANDBOOK, RULES AND ETHICAL COMMITMENTS WHEN IT BENEFITS THE COMPANY MOST - MEANING THE HABDBOOK AND RULEBOOK ARE A TOTAL UTTER WASTE IF INK AND PAPER - THEY WILL DO EHAT THEY WANT "THEY" ARE A VERY SMALL GROUP OF UPPER MGMT THAT COULDNT CARE LESS ABOUT YOU OR YOURE FAMILY, AS THEY DONT FLINCH WHEN BACKSTSBBING ANYONE THEY FEEL IS A THREAT TO THEIR POSITION, OR THAT IS DISLIKED BY THEIR PUPPETS... IT IS WORSE THAN HIGH SCHOOL EVER WAS WITH THE WAY PEOPLE SCREW EACH OTHER HERE MOST WOMEN DRESS LIKE ITS A STRIP CLUB OR THEYRE ABOUT TO GO TRICKIN FOR THE DAY. Men have strict clothing rules even in THE HEAT of summer, INSIDE A FOUNDRY.. The hippos and hookers can wear spandex, tank tops, yoga pants - whatever but men get walked out for a tank top or sleevless shirt.
