Work was challenging and there were some amazing people there who sacrificed a lot for the company.

Cons

Don't ever assume your work is appreciated or that loyalty or longevity means anything. They will replace you in a heartbeat if you don't fit into their economic plan.

Arconic provides a challenging atmosphere with plenty of opportunities to make a difference. Good paying job with lots of good employees to work with.

Cons

A lot to do with too few resources. The future is not clear since company separation. Long hours and work is never finished.
