COMEDY - We literally paid a consulting team MILLIONS of dollars to revamp and BRAND our company after we spun off Alcoa...what did we get??? This wonderful logo....it is INITECH from the movie Office Space!! HAHAHA!! I was there when we were soliciting logo, brands, ideas from our employees..and although I appreciated the one internal suggestion to rename our company "Prestige Worldwide" it doesn't come close to the fact that we paid a consulting firm to copy a logo from a movie about a company that LITERALLY and FIGURATIVELY burned to the ground. Now that Elliot Management is in charge and we have a new CEO from the WORST performing company last year (GE)...I can't wait to see how the firings go!!!

Cons

Horrible culture, 40 years behind most Fortune 500 companies. No Paternity Leave for fathers. If you are female you will make MUCH less than your counterparts. Lies, lies, and lies.
