      Pros

      Good job opportunities for all employees. They make it easy to change jobs and get promoted within the company. It's easy to network.

      Cons

      The company expects you to work a lot of hours and does not have the best work life balance. It's hard to get time off.

      Pros

      Great pay, benefits, and people. Flexible working schedule.

      Cons

      Little to no training, they basically throw you in your role and you sink or swim. They are unable to keep young workers & everyone else has been here 20+ years. They have all the knowledge but do not share their knowledge & expect young people to figure it out on their own. They lure young people in with the ability to continue education but then tell you it's on a freeze due to the budget (it's been years).
