REAL living values on a day to day operation. Good exposure to manufacturing business at global operations. Opportunity to learn and collaborate . Great diversity culture. Innovative driven company. Safety first real operations concept. Great Foundation program to support operations in countries where business exist.

Cons

Highly political environment, too many changes that does not allow to settle and /or grasp the change. At times become bureaucratic. At least in Mexico lower ( way low) salaries compared to other countries even that some employees are global comparable role players. Minimum promotional options for Low cost Country employees.
