They don't care about the employees or their family life. No upper management support, not a lot of organization in planned work.

exposure to leadership working with teams people really care about the success of the company and satisfaction of its customers safety is a major focus

Cons

poor training process - almost nonexistent in certain areas management does not take time for development late hours hard to move up

Pros

Great benefits, great pay and an overall good company to work for. The union is strong and there is quarterly profit sharing and yearly raises and the hours aren't very family friendly but with time in that can change.

Cons

not every job in the plant is "fun" (but no job is hard to do). some jobs are very consistent but the pay makes up for it.
