      They are fair and with very good pay, the work is not hard if you can do a 12 hour shift

      Pros

      Benefits: Really the only thing all employees agree upon. For instance, most dental insurance allows only one teeth cleaning per year. Arconic allows 2 teeth cleanings per year.

      Cons

      Employees are so busy because they often have a job that needs at least 3-4 employees. This means helping other employees in any way is extremely rare. Unrealistic Goals: Most employees are given projects and work with extremely short timelines and unrealistic goals. If you actually complete the work and are successful, this means they'll add even more to your workload. Huge divide between factory floor workers and corporate employees, Both look down upon the other group and are unwilling to work with them.

      Good company to work for. Lots of opportunities for development. Pay is average at best. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Company has had lots of changes at the higher levels and has recently been bought out by a private equity company.
