Managers are jokes, the way of doing business is horrible. Nothing matters, just the production numbers. Very centralised operation. Micro management. They keep giving you more and more tasks, which are not on your job description, and you have no right to say no. Absolutely no calculation with human resources. The Hungarian company makes tons of profit, yet we always have to spend less and less money, lot of benefits were taken away in the past 1-2 years
