      Pros

      Benefits: Really the only thing all employees agree upon. For instance, most dental insurance allows only one teeth cleaning per year. Arconic allows 2 teeth cleanings per year.

      Cons

      Employees are so busy because they often have a job that needs at least 3-4 employees. This means helping other employees in any way is extremely rare. Unrealistic Goals: Most employees are given projects and work with extremely short timelines and unrealistic goals. If you actually complete the work and are successful, this means they'll add even more to your workload. Huge divide between factory floor workers and corporate employees, Both look down upon the other group and are unwilling to work with them.

      Cons

      Dirty and dangerous work environment. Toxic work culture. No job security. 12 People have lost their lives in work related accidents and many more injured since the plant was setup.
